As the November 3rd elections approach in the US, many voters in states that allow it are already taking advantage of casting their ballots early – either in person or by mail. In Virginia, residents got a chance to vote early starting on September 18th - and indications are that turnout is beating records. Lesia Bakalets has the story, narrated by Anna Rice.
